Have you seen the string of recent videos showing Britney Spears’ crazy driving antics in her Benz? – Hitting a parked car, rolling over the feet of numerous photographers (including one from TMZ), rolling over a cop’s foot, running a red light with her kids in the car and making an illegal U-turn.

But what’s the common denominator in all of this, besides Britney? The paparazzi! They were practically in her face at the time of each of these incidents.

Imagine trying to drive with 50 people circled around your car, pushing against it with camera-flashes going off constantly – someone’s foot is bound to be in danger, at least. Let’s be logical about it.

It’s like the paparazzi stand around her car waiting for her to screw up and on the freeway they chase close behind her, hoping something interesting happens – but isn’t that pretty much what they did in that Tunnel in Paris in 1997 – when they chased Princess Di.

Sure, she can afford to hire a driver (which she probably should) with her estimated monthly income of close to U.S $800,000.00, but when you’ve just spent U.S $100,000.00 on a new Benz, won’t you want to drive it yourself? Again, let’s be logical about it.

The paparazzi always claim they are ‘innocent’ bystanders with a camera in these situations, but when they deliberately chase down a car with 2 small kids inside on the freeway, who’s really ‘innocent’ there? They should always assume the kids are in the car and respect it as such – afterall, Britney does in fact have kids!

Of course, Kevin Federline’s lawyers love these traffic-violating videos! They love them so much in fact that they have called an emergency court hearing to discuss them.

Nobody can really think Britney is a good driver or even a safe driver – texting behind the wheel, having her son on her lap in the driver’s seat with no seatbelt, running a red light with her kids, etc – but having 50 paparazzi aggressively follow her every move certainly escalates the danger, to her kids, to herself and to others.

If this dangerous situation continues, there will be another tragic “Tunnel in Paris”.

We’ve all been seeing a lot of Britney lately. In the media, in the news, in the courtrooms, and in the dumpster. Is she really the filthy Hollywood girl that the media makes her out to be? Yes and no.

Yes, because she is adult, makes her own decisions and is aware of the consequences of her actions. She should know, by now, that showing off her private areas getting out of a car, running over a guys foot with her car, or assaulting a poperotsi will all make her look like a filthy girl. Why does she do this you may ask? Is she really just looking for the public spotlight?

Think about this. Since you are the age of 9 you are pushed into acting and show business, have private tutoring lessons and have your life run by entertainment agents. You never got to have real friends, make your own choices or live the life of a normal child. You didn’t experience the playground, dating, privacy or working a minamum wage job. All these experiences give you valuable life experience and make you more aware of the world that we live in. Education to her was irrelevant since everyone just tells you what to do. Flash forward 15 years and you have the result of the entertainment industry, Britney.

Too big too fast. Now she has the money, freedom and family but doesn’t know what to do with any of it. I believe she’s living in a fantasy world created by her parents and the industry. So does she really have a concept of reality? Would you? I’m not trying to defend her actions, since if you have a child your life should change dramatically, but if you think about what your life would have been if you were placed into those shoes you may began to understand her insane actions.

Britney Spears has always strive for fame and found it. Beginning as a child performer she hit world wide stardom thanks to her music clips. However having found fame and fortune she now seems to have lost the plot.

Recently divorce she teamed up with another fame junkie Paris Hilton and was soon seen regularly intoxicated and flashing her privates to the rest of the world. Is this really what pasts for fame these days. Is this really the pictures we all want to see in our magazines? Pictures of an intoxicated, lost and confused individual?

People are commenting that Britney Spears may be reaching rock bottom having just shaved her head and got a tattoo to boot. One really scratches their head at what she may do next. Now that Anna Nicole SMITH is dead, only Paris Hilton is in the competition for the prize of the most strange and weird behaving female on the planet.

It seems strange that someone who worked so hard to get famous blows it all when she gets there. Perhaps she needs to become aware that any solely selfish ambition will result in our own self destruction! Whilst goal setting and achievement should be rightly applauded our achieving goals whether they be fame or riches will only find true satisfaction if we are helping others in the process. I wonder if Britney Spears is at a point where she is struggling to find meaning. Meaning is not found by looking selfishly inward, meaning is found is creating success and happiness with others. We all have struggles in life, how we deal with them defines our character.

Please don’t think I am trying to judge a public figure too harshly. I don’t personally know Britney Spears but from what I’ve seen in her eyes I do believe she is undergo a crisis of identity and purpose in life. If that is the case the only answer is not in partying, drinking or notoriety. The answer is found in helping others and taking responsibility to raise and protect your own family.
